Here's some tips on training your Aeons. If you go to a computer thing where you can fight fiends in the area, fight some to get your aeons into overdrive and than you can flee and your Aeons are in overdrive! Easy huh? And for the element type aeons like Shiva Ifrit and Ixion you can teach them high magic so they can use it to cure themselves, i.e. If Ifrit knows Firaga it's like Curaga to him just use it on yourself and it will heal him! You can also use Ifrit you fight bombs or any fire type fiend because they are fire too and whatever they do will heal him. Same goes for Shiva and Ixion but they would need to fight corrosponding element types i.e. Shiva can fight an Ice Flan without getting a scratch Ixion can fight a yellow element and have perfect hp after the battle.

Do's and Dont's:

What you want to do when you teach your Aeons abilities teach them doublecast you can use this for good and for bad. For the three element type aeons you can doublecast a black spell corrosponding to their type if it's hp is too high for just one spell. Teach your non-elemental aeons cura and curaga because they can't use black magic for healing. Teach them Flare and Death and magic like that also.
